How to Make Your Own Amiibo Cards

Do you wish you could get your favorite animal but they are too hard to find? Today I will tell you how to make your own Amiibo cards at home for any animal you want! Animal Crossing Amiibo cards are collectibles, but they are also used to invite new animals to your town/island and get new furniture and clothing items. 

To start, the first thing you will need is NTAG 215 cards or coins. Once you have that, you will need to go to the App Store on your phone and download the app "AmiiBoss."

Next, you will need to download the file on your phone for the animal that you want. You can find the files here. You will also need to go to the !Essential Files folder and download "key_retail.bin" for the app to work. 

Open the app and first import the key file, then select "Add .bin package" and choose the file of the animal you want. Once it is uploaded, select "Write to NFC." The last step is to tap the coin or card to your phone and you're all set! 

You can decorate the card or coin however you like, but make sure to write which character is on it so you don't lose track of them.
