A Guide to Treasure Islands


When playing Animal Crossing without time traveling, collecting all of the items you want for your island can take forever. Treasure islands are a great free way to easily get new furniture sets, millions of bells, clothing, and more!

So, what is a Treasure Island?

A Treasure Island is an island created by other players that is completely flat and filled with items you can pick up until you fill your inventory.

You will only need three things to access Treasure Islands:

❀ A Nintendo Switch Online to travel to the islands.

❀ A good internet connection 

❀ A Twitch account to access live streams that display different island codes.

Rules!

❀ Always leave by going through the airport. Never leave with the "-" button on the JoyCon. This can crash the island for everyone!

❀ Make sure your Switch will not die while you are on the island!

❀ Make sure you have a good internet connection so you wont disconnect while on the island!

❀ Do not drop items on the islands! If you want to get rid of something, there is usually a trash can somewhere.

Step 1: 

❀ Empty your inventory so you can grab as much stuff as you can when you go to the island.

Step 2:  

❀ Go on Twitch and search "Treasure Island" and click on whichever stream appeals to you!  

(NOTE: a lot of these streams require you to follow them to watch, so this is why you need a Twitch account) 

Step 3:  

❀ Pick the island you want from the stream, then go to your airport and travel by searching the Dodo Code.

Then you're all set! Collect as many things as you want, then leave through the airport to return to your island with all of your new stuff!
